This Privacy Policy explains how Rogue Protocols ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Mocchi Cat (the "App"). Mocchi Cat is a single-player rooftop runner available for iPhone and iPad.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information or usage data. The App does not require an account and does not include analytics, advertising, third-party tracking, social features, or user-generated content.

We do not receive your name, email address, location, device identifier, contacts, photos, gameplay activity, or advertising identifier.

Information stored on your device

Mocchi Cat stores your best distance locally on your device so it can display your record between play sessions. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

You can remove this locally stored information by deleting the App from your device.

Device permissions

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, precise location, Bluetooth, health information, or tracking permission. Audio playback uses standard Apple system functionality and does not record audio.

Third-party services

The App does not integrate advertising networks, analytics services, social networks, payment processors, or external login providers. Gameplay does not require an internet connection.

Children's privacy

Mocchi Cat is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Because the App does not collect personal data, it does not create profiles of children or enable communication between users.

Security and retention

Because we do not collect or receive personal data through the App, we do not retain personal data on our servers. Your locally saved distance record remains on your device until the App or its local data is removed.

Your privacy rights

We do not hold personal data from the App that can be accessed, corrected, sold, transferred, or deleted. If you contact us directly, we will use the information in your message only to respond to your request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its effective date. If a future version of Mocchi Cat begins collecting information, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that collection begins.
